Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders via USPS priority. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges. See return policies below for more details.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For questions about delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Please note, once we have released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss of the merchandise.

Local: If you live in the Chicagoland area and would like to schedule a pick up, please contact us at email@example.com prior to purchase and shipping will be waived.
All products are made to order and cannot be refunded. If you would like to exchange your purchase or in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will replace your item or honor an exchange. All products must be returned unused within 10 days from the day you received them. Please note, when exchanging, all shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. This includes shipping costs associated with mailing out your new item. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number.
